We always want satisfied customers in our store. We want our products to create a feeling of happiness upon arrival, so you'll keep coming back. If for any reason you're disappointed with your purchase, we'll do our best to resolve your issue by following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Remorse and Withdrawal:
In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but the customer is not satisfied, the customer has 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request a return by phone or email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:
1. Contact support via email. 2. Send the product by post, postage paid by the customer, to the important return address.
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and the seal must be intact, if any, and accompanied by all accessories. Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions, you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately or on a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
- Refund of the product value through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
*If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address provided by the company, and the amount paid will be refunded.
*The store is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect was caused by misuse, or to fulfill requests outside the aforementioned deadlines. We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors in size selection. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, the store owner is not legally obligated to exchange products due to a customer's regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.
The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange only defective products.
Other occurrences:
All occurrences described above, as well as any others that may be identified, must be reported to the Store by phone or email.
Products returned without this notification, after the deadline, or missing accompanying items/accessories may be returned without prior consultation.
In addition to the occurrences mentioned, if any of the following situations occur, the product must be refused delivery:
- Open or damaged packaging; Damaged product; Product not matching the order; Missing accessories. If you still receive the product, please contact Store Support within 72 hours of receipt. We hope we've answered your questions!
